Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy for children, young people, and adults, providing a warm, compassionate, and confidential space to explore emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, rooted in attachment theory and shaped by a deep understanding of how early relationships and experiences impact development and well-being.

I work with a range of issues, including complex trauma, particularly developmental and sexual trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, communication difficulties, and concerns related to sexual well-being and intimacy. I support clients in building emotional resilience and fostering healthier, more connected relationships, both with themselves and others.

As part of my ongoing professional growth, I am developing the use of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) principles in my work. DDP offers a relational and attachment-focused approach that helps create emotional safety, encourages connection, and supports co-regulation—particularly valuable when working with early relational trauma. I also incorporate principles from Polyvagal Theory, which helps clients understand their nervous system responses and develop tools for emotional regulation and grounding.

Individual therapy is always tailored to the unique needs and pace of each client. Whether addressing recent difficulties or working through long-standing patterns, my aim is to offer a supportive, attuned therapeutic relationship that enables growth, healing, and lasting change.
